For those of us watching at home, it almost seemed like the female stars of Hollywood called each other to plan outfits. In reality, an initiative called Time’s Up coordinated this statement to draw attention to sexual harassment and gender inequality.

Time’s Up is a coalition made up of more than 300 women working in television, theater and film who are taking a stand against sexual harassment.
