Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at Bahdos, which is why we offer our customers a no hassle return policy, within 30 days from when it was shipped. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must accompany returned items. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. To receive an RA # for orders shipped within the United States, please contact one of our friendly representatives by phone or email, 1-800-436-2917 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original unworn purchase condition, including all product documentation and shipped within 30 days.
If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact one of our friendly jewelry consultants at 1-800-436-2917. To expedite exchanges, we recommended returning for a refund and placing a new order. Please give us a call to verify that the item you are exchanging for is in stock; certain styles and sizes may have an additional delay.

30-day diamond return is only for the center diamond. Diamond must be in original condition, and free from breakage and/or chipping. Diamonds must be sent back with original certification, and paperwork. Any diamonds sent back without these documents are subjected to a $250 deduction fee for replacing documents.
Watch returns are accepted 3-days from delivery date. The watch must not be worn or sized and must be in the same condition as when sold. All boxes, tags and paper work that came with it must accompany the watch.
How Do I Return An Item?
We make returning an item super easy, simply call or email one of our friendly jewelry representatives. We’ll need your order number and email on file. Within one business day, we’ll email you return instructions, along with an RA# which needs to be written outside of the box. A package that does not contain an RA# will be refused, so make sure the package is clearly marked. You will be responsible for shipping charges, and items must be insured for full value. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
One a return has been received, our Quality Control department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks, in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
