Shipping Information
Bahdos offers complimentary free shipping on every order. Each order is packaged securely, and will be shipped to you fully insured with signature required. We encourage all customers to inspect your package for damage and/or tampering before signing. All packages must be delivered to a physical address; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Signature Required
If your delivery is over $350, we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. If your delivery is under $350 and shipped FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx® may require a signature.

Shipping Policy
When will my order be shipped?
For orders shipping within the U.S., you’ll find an estimated arrival date listed in the Shipping Information for each item. The arrival date is calculated based upon the number of days required to process, package and deliver your order.
- Orders placed before the cutoff time on a business day (Monday-Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
- Orders places on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after cutoff time on a regular business day, your order will process the following business day.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
In the case you may not be home, Bahdos will be more than happy to ship your order to your place of work, or another location to help you keep your surprise. As a security precaution to protect our customers and us, we ask that if you are shipping to an alternate address not listed on your credit card, you please contact them and provide the address you wish to ship to.
We will consider shipping to an alternate address as long as our security procedures are met. For security purposes, we may request additional documentation such as (drivers license, photocopy of credit card, confirmation that alternate address is listed on credit card, etc.) on some transactions.
Pickup Option
If you cannot be present to sign for the shipping, we would be more than happy to ship the package to your local FedEx location. Please contact one of our friendly representatives to schedule a pickup. A valid ID with the name matching the shipping label, and FedEx tracking number will be required at the time of pickup.
Additionally, if you are in the Tri-State area, you can order online and pick-up in store on many items! Please contact us at 1-800-436-2917 and see if your order is eligible for same day pickup.
